Chairside Dental Technician - Duluth, Georgia

We are looking for high-energy, well-organized professionals to join our growing company as Chairside Dental Technicians in the Atlanta and Greater Atlanta area. This role involves providing hands-on chairside assistance during dental procedures, particularly full-arch restorations, and implant surgeries, to ensure precision, efficiency, and optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Chairside Assistance:
    • Collaborate with dentists during procedures, including All-on-X cases, by providing necessary instruments and materials.
    • Manage suction devices to maintain a clear operative field.
    • Ensure patient comfort throughout procedures.
  • Prosthetic Conversion:
    • Perform chairside conversions, retrofitting existing dentures to temporary cylinders during implant surgeries.
    • Process, finish, and repair dentures as needed.
  • Laboratory Collaboration:
    • Interpret prescriptions and dental models to determine appropriate prosthetic designs.
    • Assist in training on material usage, model pouring, temporary denture fabrication, and shade customization.
  • Administrative Duties:
    • Monitor appointment schedules for chairside assistance requirements.
    • Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years experience as a dental technician or chairside dental assistant.
• Proficiency in reading dental prescriptions and interpreting dental models or impressions.
• Comprehensive knowledge of denture setups, waxing, finishing, and implant-supported overdentures.
• Possesses a valid driver’s license.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Certified Dental Technician (CDT) is a plus.
