We are looking for high-energy, well-organized professionals to join our growing company as Chairside Dental Technicians in the Atlanta and Greater Atlanta area. This role involves providing hands-on chairside assistance during dental procedures, particularly full-arch restorations, and implant surgeries, to ensure precision, efficiency, and optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Chairside Assistance:
- Collaborate with dentists during procedures, including All-on-X cases, by providing necessary instruments and materials.
- Manage suction devices to maintain a clear operative field.
- Ensure patient comfort throughout procedures.
- Prosthetic Conversion:
- Perform chairside conversions, retrofitting existing dentures to temporary cylinders during implant surgeries.
- Process, finish, and repair dentures as needed.
- Laboratory Collaboration:
- Interpret prescriptions and dental models to determine appropriate prosthetic designs.
- Assist in training on material usage, model pouring, temporary denture fabrication, and shade customization.
- Administrative Duties:
- Monitor appointment schedules for chairside assistance requirements.
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.

- Learn to use photogrammetry units for digital conversion options.
- Full digital workflows.
- Devices: Micronmapper and iCAM
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a dental technician or chairside dental assistant.
- Proficiency in reading dental prescriptions and interpreting dental models or impressions.
- Comprehensive knowledge of denture setups, waxing, finishing, and implant-supported overdentures.
- Possesses a valid driver’s license.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Certified Dental Technician (CDT) is a plus.
