Position Summary
We are seeking skilled and detail-oriented Dental Technicians to join our dynamic team at our Scottsdale laboratory. The ideal candidate will have experience in fabricating dental prosthetics, including Full Arch restorations, and possess a strong commitment to precision and quality.

Key Responsibilities
Fabrication of Dental Prosthetics: Design and manufacture dental prosthetics, including crowns, bridges, dentures, and Full-Arch restorations, using a variety of materials and techniques.
– 3D Printing and CAD/CAM Technology: Operate and maintain 3D printers and CAD/CAM systems to produce high-quality dental restorations.
– Quality Control: Ensure all dental prosthetics meet our rigorous quality standards and specifications. Perform inspections and adjustments as needed.
– Collaboration: Work closely with dentists, prosthodontists, and other dental professionals to understand their needs and provide customized solutions.
– Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including materials used, techniques applied, and completion timelines.
– Maintenance: Keep all laboratory equipment in optimal working condition and follow safety protocols.
Qualifications
– Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Certification in dental technology or a related field is preferred.
– Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Dental Technician. Experience with Full Arch restorations is highly desirable.
– Technical Skills: Proficiency in using dental laboratory equipment, 3D printers, and CAD/CAM technology. Strong understanding of dental anatomy and materials.
– Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
– Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with dental professionals.
– Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to new techniques and technologies.
