Job Description:

As a Marketing Coordinator at Integrity Dental Services, you will play a crucial role in our marketing efforts, helping to build brand awareness, grow our customer base, and drive business growth. You will collaborate with our marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns, create content, and manage social media channels. The ideal candidate is creative, analytical, and able to work well under pressure to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.

2. Collaborate with the marketing team to create and distribute promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, and newsletters.

3. Manage and maintain social media accounts, including creating and scheduling content, monitoring and responding to comments, and analyzing performance to optimize future efforts.

4. Assist with organizing and promoting events, such as trade shows, seminars, and webinars, with increasing brand visibility and generating leads.

5. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats and make data-driven recommendations for marketing strategy adjustments.

6. Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to the marketing team and management.

7. Coordinate with external vendors and partners, such as graphic designers, photographers, and print shops, to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.

8. Assist in developing and managing marketing budgets and timelines, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

2. 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the dental or healthcare industry.

3. Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.

4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to create compelling content.

5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite or similar).

6. Experience with website content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and social media management tools (e.g., HubSpot).

7. Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and the ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights.

8. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
