We are seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Strategic Account Manager to join our Integrity Dental Services (IDS) team. The role requires the ability to travel extensively, with up to 100% travel based on the current needs of IDS. The Strategic Account Manager will be pivotal in creating and maintaining valuable B2B relationships, specifically with doctors and dental professionals, while demonstrating expertise in implant systems and oral prosthesis materials. This dynamic and challenging position requires exceptional communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to excellence.
Build and Nurture B2B Relationships: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and partners in the dental industry.
Engage with Dental Professionals: Communicate effectively with doctors and dental professionals at a high level, providing expert guidance and support.
Expertise in Implant Systems: Possess comprehensive knowledge of implant systems, staying current with industry trends and advancements.
Oral Prosthesis and Materials: Demonstrate proficiency in oral prosthesis and related materials to assist clients in product selection.
Active Listening and Problem Solving: Act as an active listener to understand client needs and proactively identify solutions, demonstrating a commitment to solving challenges effectively.
Self-Motivated and Innovative: Be a self-starter who can drive initiatives forward independently, bringing innovative ideas to the table.
CRM Software Management: Learn and effectively utilize our CRM software to manage client interactions and maintain comprehensive records. (HubSpot experience preferred)
Adaptability: Display flexibility and adaptability to respond to the evolving needs of clients and the dental industry.
Expense Tracking and Reporting: Maintain diligent records of all travel expenses and complete monthly reporting as required.
Microsoft Proficiency: Use Microsoft applications and tools to enhance productivity.
Effective Communication: Accept feedback from medical professionals graciously and communicate actionable steps and plans for improvement.
Ownership and Reliability: Take ownership of Account/Territory management and become a reliable source of client support. This role is more expansive than a traditional 9-5, M- F schedule and may require additional commitment.
