She will be primarily responsible for managing customer experience and success within IDS, including our growing locations. Through her leadership, experience, and direction with over 16 years of dental customer management experience, Laci will implement top-of-the-line new customer onboarding programs. Our primary goal with our Customer Success Department is to start right on the start of our new relationships and partnerships with a proactive approach rather than a reactive one. Personal communication, not automated, has always been at the forefront of our customer service. As we grow, we will scale our teams to have a person to answer the phone, not an automated, person-less process.

Duluth, Ga — June 9, 2026 — Integrity Dental Services (IDS), a full-service dental laboratory serving practices across 48+ states, today announced the appointment of Stephanie Imray as District Territory Manager for Florida. Based in Jacksonville, Imray will support dental practices throughout the state, partnering with clinicians to deliver exceptional clinical outcomes and drive long-term practice growth.
Imray brings more than 14 years of dental industry experience to the role. She began her career as a Certified Registered Dental Hygienist, practicing clinically for 10 years before transitioning into dental sales with a focus on full-arch therapy. Her firsthand knowledge of patient care, treatment planning, and practice operations enables her to provide practices with valuable insights and solutions grounded in real clinical experience.
Throughout her sales career, Imray has been recognized for her performance and dedication, earning both Rookie of the Year and Top Sales Performer honors.
