The Better Business Bureau (BBB) is a private, nonprofit company that provides a path for accreditation to businesses that meet a set of requirements. Companies and organizations with a rating of a B or better can be accredited. Once securing this seal of approval, businesses may be more likely to attract quality-seeking consumers, increase their reputation and positively affect sales.
How BBB Accreditation Works
The better business bureau has been tracking more than 5.4 million businesses and assigns a rating to each, that ranges from A+ to F. This rating system is based on specific factors, like time in business and status of business licenses—and consumer feedback, including the number of consumer complaints, any pattern to those complaints, timely response to those complaints by the company, and other critical factors.

Based in Jacksonville, Imray will support dental practices throughout the state, partnering with clinicians to deliver exceptional clinical outcomes and drive long-term practice growth.
Imray brings more than 14 years of dental industry experience to the role. She began her career as a Certified Registered Dental Hygienist, practicing clinically for 10 years before transitioning into dental sales with a focus on full-arch therapy. Her firsthand knowledge of patient care, treatment planning, and practice operations enables her to provide practices with valuable insights and solutions grounded in real clinical experience.
Throughout her sales career, Imray has been recognized for her performance and dedication, earning both Rookie of the Year and Top Sales Performer honors.
