She will be primarily responsible for managing customer experience and success within IDS, including our growing locations. Through her leadership, experience, and direction with over 16 years of dental customer management experience, Laci will implement top-of-the-line new customer onboarding programs. Our primary goal with our Customer Success Department is to start right on the start of our new relationships and partnerships with a proactive approach rather than a reactive one.
